About Lena
Lena is a Product and Design Expert with 17 years of experience leading design at companies such as Navan, Google, Waze, HP, and Wix, among others. In recent years, Lena has embraced several challenges, including relocating to Portugal with her family, pursuing a Master's degree, launching a solo entrepreneurship journey, and more.
She recently began an exciting new role as a Staff Designer at Navan, where she leads the design of a new business line, tackling complex user and product challenges along the way.
In addition, Lena is a seasoned mentor who consistently supports design professionals in areas such as career growth, product design, and human-centered design methodologies. She is also a passionate speaker, eager to share her insights and extensive experience with others.
