Who’s ÌníOlúwa?
ÌníOlúwa, a lawyer turned designer from Nigeria, is a Senior Product Designer, Growth at Intercom, where she leads web performance efforts. Before that, she led growth design across 58 markets at Gen Digital on the Norton AntiVirus brand. She has collaborated with startups, scale-ups, and corporations across various sectors, including e-commerce, HR tech, and B2B SaaS. She actively mentors designers and co-hosts the Growth Design podcast, interviewing design leaders from companies like Flodesk, Adobe, Miro, Zoe, and Sweatcoin.
